Who is eligible to take part in this campaign?

This campaign is open to all residents of Singapore who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Residents of Singapore include Singaporeans, Permanent Residents and foreigners holding Employment Passes, S Passes and work permits. Seedly and/or SingSaver reserve all rights to reject any submissions if the user is not a resident of Singapore.

What if I’m already a holder of an eligible The American Express® credit card? Am I eligible for this giveaway?

Yes, however, existing The American Express® customers will only be able to claim up to S$100 worth of Bitcoin. Please refer to the T&C for details.

What if I signed up for multiple eligible The American Express® credit cards? Can I redeem more Bitcoin?
Unfortunately no, you may only redeem the Bitcoin once, even if you apply for more than one Eligible Card via this campaign and all your applications are approved.

Do I need to make a minimum spend or number of charges with my eligible The American Express® credit card in order to qualify?

1. Yes, if you applied for these Eligible Cards: The American Express® True Cashback Card, The American Express® Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Credit Card, The American Express® CapitaCard. You need to spend a minimum of S$500 in “eligible spend” within the first 30 days after receiving approval for the Eligible Card. Any eligible spend made by supplementary card member(s) will count towards this requirement.

2. For details of non-eligible spend, please visit amex.co/SGexclusions for a full list of non-eligible purchases or transactions, which is non-exhaustive and is subject to changes from time to time.

3. If you applied for The American Express® Singapore Airlines Ascend KrisFlyer Credit Card and/or The American Express® Platinum Credit Card, you are only required to make the annual payment for the card within 30 days after receiving the approval for the Eligible Card.

How is the value of the Bitcoin for these campaigns determined?
The value of Bitcoin for these campaigns will be equivalent to the stated amount in Singapore dollars, at the effective exchange rate of Singapore dollars at the point of disbursement of Bitcoin to the Gemini Account. Neither SingSaver or Seedy accepts any responsibility for change in value between now and the ultimate Bitcoin disbursement date.
